Customer Reviews

Spirit of Victoria is the only V&A waterfront boat I really enjoy. The feeling of being close to the water, and if the wind is right and the sails are up, that feeling of silently gliding through the waves is awesome. Plus the staff are friendly and jolly, helpful and polite. The captain usually plays his own choice of music, which keeps the mood upbeat and fun. - Julian

This was a really relaxing and beautiful way to see Cape Town with its amazing backdrop of Table Mountain. Thoroughly enjoyed our time out on the water and the crew were welcoming, warm and informative. We even got to see a majestic star fish up close! - Matthew

Really excellent! Cool captain and crew...and the real sailing experience with spray over the boat and riding the waves...thanks A lot Johannes&Claudia - Johannes

This was our second trip on the Spirit of Victoria. Our first trip was so exhilarating with the strong winds and the sail boat tipping at an angle the 4 of us had to include a second trip as part of my friend's 50th celebratory weekend. It didn't disappoint. The skippers were great and the wind was on point. The only thing I would change was that I wished it could be longer. The hour flew past. Thanks for making her 50th memorable. - Jeanette

We had a fantastic and thrilling time on the Spirit of Victoria - an incredible view of Table Mountain: cheerful , friendly and informative crew: and we were delighted to be taken out even though we were the only two customers ! It felt like a private yacht experience. One of the highlights of our visit to Cape Town. Thank you very much to the team at Spirit of Victoria ! - Helen
