Cancellations Of A Service:
The Durbanville Wine Safari endeavours to honour all bookings. HOWEVER, we reserve the right to cancel any of our offered services, and subsequently the bookings for a particular service if:
- The total number of bookings for a scheduled Service is below a minimum of 4 PAYING guests.
- The Weather is deemed to make the operation of the Service unsafe for passengers and staff.
- Any unforeseen mechanical, labour, or administrative related issue that arises.
In all of the above cases, Cancellation Notice will be given at least 24 hours before the planned service date, and a FULL REFUND will be processed.
Cancellations By Guests:
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled time slot, you’ll receive a full 100% refund.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled departure time slot, unfortunately, no refund will be given.
To initiate a refund, simply email cancellations@durbanvillewinesafari.com and include your booking ID in the subject line.

Please note: Our partner wine estates are focused on wine tastings, not hosting parties. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we expect our guests to behave respectfully and responsibly. This means refraining from loud, disruptive, offensive, or intoxicated behaviour. Failure to comply may result in our team suspending or terminating the tour. For safety and security, our vehicles are equipped with CCTV cameras, which are monitored throughout the service. Additionally we subscribe to an armed response security company, in case of emergency events.
Please note: No pets are not permitted on the wine tour.
RESERVATIONS: Guaranteed Seating at each Wine Tasting Centre.
TRANSPORTATION: We’ll take care of getting you to each wine estate on your tour, with transportation from the departure station to each stop on this prescribed line.

Important Accessibility Notice: Our tours are not wheelchair accessible due to the safari-style vehicles and stairs involved. All passengers must be mobile and able to navigate stairs unassisted, both in the vehicles and at the wine estates.

Hello! Still reminicising on what a great day we had, even on the cloudiest and wettest day in Cape Town, the Durbanville Wine Safari Tour definitely found a way to keep us warm. We were welcomed with bright smiles at the hotel reception, where we enjoyed some coffee to start our day and waited to begin our adventurous tour. We then boarded the bus, with the wonderful Karli and Vincent who gave us a guided tour and communicated efficently in between stops. The wine route was enchanting, the wineries? Delicious, I can still feel the cap classique bubbles moving on my tongue just thinking about it. The cheese & meat cheeseboards at Maastricht almost stole the show of the day but who's complaining? ;) And last but not least, we enjoyed how warm and cosy each wine farm was, with either heaters or blankets or wine to bring colour to the pale cheeks and arrived safely back. We then decided we didn't want the fun to end just yet, the hotel gladly accomodated us to enjoy a few drinks and watch the Springbpk game, a 10/10 experience - but don't take me word for it, go find out! - Yolanda
