CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by Truth Kayaking
Truth Kayaking ("the Company") reserves the right to cancel any kayak tour due to circumstances beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, unforeseen weather conditions, safety risks, or any other emergency that may affect the scheduled tour.

Weather-Dependent Tours
Tours are subject to weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the Company will make reasonable efforts to:

Notify guests of the cancellation at least one (1) hour before the tour's scheduled start time. In cases where sudden weather changes occur, this notification may be provided within one (1) hour of the scheduled tour.
Offer guests an alternative tour time, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Rescheduling by Guests

Guests wishing to reschedule their booking must do so no later than 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Any rescheduling request made after this period will not be accepted.
Cancellations must be made via email or WhatsApp and will be considered effective once Truth Kayaking receives the communication.
Refund Policy

For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour, guests are entitled to a full refund or a voucher for the equivalent amount.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
By booking a kayak tour with Truth Kayaking, the guest ("the Participant") acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Arrival and Punctuality
Participants are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the kayak tour. Although Truth Kayaking will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals, no guarantee of availability can be made.
2. Indemnity and Check-in
All participants must sign an indemnity form and/or check-in online prior to the commencement of the tour. Failure to do so will result in the participant being unable to join the tour.
3. Guidance and Compliance
The lead guide will provide safety instructions at the start of the tour. Participants are expected to comply with all instructions and may not deviate from the prescribed route or instructions.
