Service Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Pricing: All prices include VAT. The only additional cost clients may incur is the bank fee related to their chosen payment method.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations: Customers who cancel their booking 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight time will receive a full refund.
Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel flights due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Changes to Bookings
Date/Time Changes: Requests for changes to the booking date or time must be made at least 24 hours in advance. While we strive to accommodate these changes, they are subject to weather, pilot, and aircraft availability, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Ticket Transfers: Customers may transfer their tickets to another person, provided they inform us by email or phone before the flight. The new passenger will be required to complete an indemnity form prior to boarding.
4. Flight Conditions
Weather and Safety: All flights are subject to weather and operational conditions. For the safety of our passengers and crew, flights may be rescheduled or canceled as necessary.
Passenger Requirements: There is no limit to the number of bookings, but each flight package requires a minimum number of passengers to commence. Passengers will receive flight confirmation at least one day before the scheduled departure.
5. Liability and Insurance
Assumption of Risk: Passengers acknowledge that scenic flights involve some level of risk. By booking, passengers accept these risks as part of the experience.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Arrival Time: Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
Conduct: Passengers are expected to follow all instructions from the Pilot in Command (PIC). Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the flight and removal from the premises.
7. Privacy Policy
Personal Information: Customer data is used exclusively by Ocean Guard Africa to enhance our services. Photo and video materials may be captured during flights for marketing purposes or personalized experience materials, which can be purchased by customers.
