ON THE TRAIN

* If you need help, feel free to approach the friendly Coach Controller or Train Manager.
* Listen to instructions from our Train Manager (wearing an orange visi-vest) and Coach Controllers (in yellow visi-vests).
* Keep things tidy—no standing or kneeling on furniture, and please avoid dirty feet.
* Enjoy the view responsibly—refrain from hanging out of the windows.
* Exercise caution when taking photos or exploring the train.
* Use the provided bins for litter instead of tossing it out the windows.
* For your safety, no bare feet on board.
* While snacks are available for purchase, bringing outside food is not allowed; exceptions can be discussed in advance.
* Feel free to bring baby food as required
* Avoid throwing sweets or money out of the windows as this is a danger to those trying to receive the items

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

* In need of medical assistance? Notify a Coach Controller or Train Manager immediately, and they'll connect you with our on-board First Aid officer.
*In the rare event of a fire, each coach is equipped with working fire extinguishers. Report any incidents to the Coach Controller or Train Manager for prompt assistance.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Trains, Planes & Automobiles (Pty) Ltd t/a Atlantic Rail via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway.
As such, the transaction will reflect as PayGenius: Atlantic Rail on your statement.
PayGenius uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.
