My husband enjoyed it as he is a mountain biker. I do not cycle at all so I was unable to get my balance and steering figured out and did not do it. It is downhill and on a narrow winding track, so you have to have experience with riding a bike around turns. The guide was very friendly and explained everything very well. - Karen
