Whether you like being a little creative or not, this interactive experience promises to bring about joy, excitement, and perhaps even spontaneous laughter. If you want to know how a bottle of Cap Classique is put together, this is for you. You will be guided through the production process by a knowledgeable guide on how to disgorge, dosage, cork and label your very own bottle of Cap Classique.
Here is a breakdown of what you might expect:
Disgorge: Remove the sediment of yeast from the bottle with a disgorgement tool.
Dosage: Adding a sweetening solution to the wine.
Cork: Sealing the bottle with a cork.
Label: Labelling and applying a personalised, handwritten label to your bottle.
The result? Your very own bottle of Cap Classique, a unique and memorable souvenir. This experience will leave you with a sense of accomplishment bubbled up within.

I was looking forward ro the experience however the lady conducting the event wasn't very enthusiastic about doing it. I asked questions ans it just seemed like I was more of a bother and that she wanted to get it over and done with...which it was..in and out in 15min. Im not sure if it was because it was only me doing it ... it just felt very cold. Just stating the process and nothing more.I came all the way from Cpt and was a bit disappointed however everyone else that I came across at the estate was very friendly and amd helpful - Kim

My family and I spent my birthday at your exquisite establishment! It was breath-taking. We did the sparkling wine bottling and even involved our kids! The hostess was warm and professional. The wine was truly special ... premium quality and a delight to the palate. Thank you to the tasting room and the deli employees - you are under brand ambassadors!
