Whether you like being a little creative or not, this interactive experience promises to bring about joy, excitement, and perhaps even spontaneous laughter. If you want to know how a bottle of Cap Classique is put together, this is for you. You will be guided through the production process by a knowledgeable guide on how to disgorge, dosage, cork and label your very own bottle of Cap Classique.
Here is a breakdown of what you might expect:
Disgorge: Remove the sediment of yeast from the bottle with a disgorgement tool.
Dosage: Adding a sweetening solution to the wine.
Cork: Sealing the bottle with a cork.
Label: Labelling and applying a personalised, handwritten label to your bottle.
The result? Your very own bottle of Cap Classique, a unique and memorable souvenir. This experience will leave you with a sense of accomplishment bubbled up within.

I booked Create Cap Classique as a surprise for my husband's birthday. It was really interesting being guided through the whole process. Disgorge, cork and finally label our bottle was a lot of fun. The Create Cap Classique experience was superb. Dovanon presented all the information articulately and with wonderful passion. Each person in our group learned something new and left with a smile. It is definitely worth it to add the MCC tasting to the experience. We really loved the experience. It was a surprise for my partner, but unfortunately, I did not make sure that the venue was not wheelchair accessible. Nevertheless, my partner was carried upstairs and downstairs by four staff members. It was highly appreciated.
